Our annual trip to Valleyfair for students entering grades 6-12 and 2010 graduates is Thursday, August 5, 2010.

Cost is $35/student (covers park admission and transportation)

Registration is due by July 28th.

Trip Details:

To reserve your spot, turn in the permission form and $35 in the church office as soon as possible and definitely on or before July 28th. (Seats on the bus will be reserved on a first paid, first served basis.)
Bring a bag lunch to eat at the park
Bring money for fast food on the way home (and any snacks or souvenirs at the park)
Swimsuits should be modest and appropriate. If you plan to do the water rides, you may want to bring a change of clothes. The bus will be locked except for check-in times, so you will be able to store your stuff there or you can rent a locker in the park.
Students will be required to be with at least one other student at all times and check-in with their chaperon at scheduled times.
Meet in the Youth Room (Room 307) at Bethesda at 7:30 AM on August 5th for instructions
We will return to Bethesda about 9:00 PM

Please Note:

If you completed a year-long release form for Bethesda in Fall of 2009, you do not need to complete the attached permission form. Call Brian if you have questions.
If you or a friend would like to come but need help paying for it, please contact Brian; there are some scholarship funds available.
