Welcome!
We are so glad you are visiting our website, and we hope you will find it helpful in learning a little about us. We also hope you will take the time to step through our doors; we would love to meet you! Be sure to stop by the Welcome Center located in the foyer of the church to introduce yourself and receive our monthly newsletter with information on all the happenings at Bethesda. We also encourage you to stop by the gym (Walker Hall) between services to enjoy some Gloria Jeans Coffee and refreshments. It's a great place to meet others.
Services at Bethesda
We have two different worship locations in our building. We offer a traditional worship service at 9am, and a contemporary worship service at 10:30am in our Sanctuary. We also offer a modern worship service (Eleeo) at 10:45am in our gym (Walker Hall). More details can be found HERE. We are a Bible-based church centered on the value of relationships – with God and other people. The worship services are designed for adults and young adults, with Sunday School classes during the morning services that are carefully planned to meet your child’s needs. There is also childcare available for infants & toddlers.
ConnectFirst Lunch
If this is your first time at Bethesda or you’ve been coming for some time and wonder what the “next step” is, join us for our ConnectFirst Lunch. Have a light lunch and relax in a casual atmosphere as you hear more about Bethesda from our pastors and staff. Childcare is always provided.
This lunch is offered several times each year.
Coffee & Refreshments
Sundays starting at 10:00 am in the gym (Walker Hall).
Gather with others for delicious coffee, cookies and conversation.
Membership
Membership at Bethesda is not about getting numbers but about your relationship with Christ. It's about you deciding to claim ownership in the church — you're not just an attender anymore. You, as a believer in Christ and member of His body, are joining the Cause of Christ as pursued in Community. The motivation behind becoming a member is not what can be received but what can be given and shared with others.
We Believe Class
This is a 6-week series in which one of our pastors will discuss the Church of the Lutheran Brethren's position on the Trinity, the Bible, sin, salvation, baptism and the Lord's Supper. All are invited whether or not you are interested in becoming a member.
