We offer Sunday School during the 9:30 and 11:00 services on Sunday mornings during the school year. Children are welcome to start attending at any time during the year. A registration card is required for pertinent information.
3 year olds through Kindergarten and 1st through 3rd grades meet together for an opening time to worship God through song, prayer, birthday celebrations, offering and to learn about the mission focus. The rest of the hour is spent in their classrooms for a lesson and activities where they cover various stories from the Bible. 2nd grade also focuses on the 10 commandments and 3rd grade covers prayer including the Lord's Prayer.
4th & 5th grade spend the hour in their classroom where they are presented with a general overview of the Old and New Testaments and given the chance to deepen their understanding of the books of the Bible and how they fit together. This is presented in a large group/small group format.
At the beginning of each school year the 2nd graders are presented with a Bible of their own. If your child was missed, please let their teacher know.
